A 11 years retrospective analysis of 280 sinus lift procedures in wich 629 implants were used - R. Kolerman
DENTAL - A retrospective analysis of 280 documented sinus lift procedures in which 629 implants were performed. The lateral window technique with a double (internal– external) collagen membrane was used in all cases. Coping with symptoms (double windows) and tears in various levels of the Schneiderian membrane will be presented. Different non-autogenous graft materials were utilized: Bio-Oss, Cerasorb, Oragraft(mineralized allograft), Bio-osteitic/4-Bone (TCP+HA). Eighty core-biopsies were harvested nine months after sinus floor augmentation using a trephine drill.Download documentA comparative study of biphasic calcium phosphate ceramics for human mesenchymal stem-cell induced bone formation - T. Livingst
FUNDAMENTAL - HA-TCP ratio - For the repair of bone defects, a tissue engineering approach would be to combine cells capable of osteogenix (i.e. bone-forming) activity with an appropriate scaffolding materail to stimulate bone regeneration and repair.Download documentA new injectable bone substitute concept (MBCP Gel): First clinical results in human max
DENTAL - For the first time, an injectable bone substitute (IBS) made of a suspension of calcium phosphate ceramics was used in a clinical trial in human ofter extraction of non conservable tooth (36 or 46). 11 patients did agree for implantation of their sockets with biomaterial.Download documentA synthetic porous ceramic as a bone graft substitute in the surgical management of scoliosis - J. Delécrin et Al - SPINE Vol
CLINICAL - Human Spine - Presentation of a prospective randomized study to assess the clinical and radiologic performance of a synthetic ceramic as a bone graft substitute in scoliosis surgery.Download documentAlveolar ridge auguementation with tricalcium phosphate ceramics - EB. Nery et Al - 1978
DENTAL - The purpose of the present study was to investigate, histologically and hematologically, a different type of boiceramic material for alveolar ridge auguementation. The ceramics is porous tricalcium phosphate , which is primarily of hydroxyapatite structure.Download documentAnterior cervical fusion with PEEK cages : clinical results of a prospective, comparative, multicenter and randomized study com
CLINICAL - Human Spine -The objectives of the study are to compare clinical efficiency and quality of the fusion after reconstruction with an anatomically shaped PEEK cage associated with a iliac crest autograft or MBCP in the treatment of cervical disc disease.Download document
